Janine McCargo

Janine has called New York her home for more than two decades, trading her home town in Virginia for the historical community of Washington Heights. Before real estate, Janine worked in strategic communications for twenty five years, helping researchers and health innovators translate complex ideas into meaningful narratives. 

Her life beyond work is filled with music, long bike rides along the West Side Highway, and the kind of baking that brings neighbors together. She cares deeply about equality and the environment, and she keeps her curiosity alive through travel, art, and even the occasional Latin manuscript.
